At Delimak Limited, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns
Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence.
Wrong Items Received: Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Change of Mind: Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days (shipping costs non-refundable).
2. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
Personal care/beauty products (if opened or used).
Custom-made or perishable items.
Gift cards or downloadable products.
3. Return Process
Request Approval: Email info@delimaklimited.com with your order number and reason for return.
Ship Back Items: Once approved, return the item(s) to Buruburu, Nairobi Kenya.
Kariokoo, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania within 7 days.Inspection & Processing: Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned items.
4. Refund Methods
Payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
Bank transfers may take 3–5 business days to reflect.
Store credit may be offered (if preferred).
5. Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).
Refund Reduction: Deductions may apply for missing or damaged items.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
Sizing issues (if applicable).
Identical products of equal value.
7. Late/Missing Refunds
